What happened to saving money, eating less and sleeping early?

This month they are celebrating the crepe festival, and boy do they mean business. Two sides of a menu full on lists of crepes; savoury or sweet, whatever you want. I went for the three-course crepe dinner set. spinach and meatballs crepe soup, savory crepe with duck and ceasar salad, and tiramisu icecream crepe, and that last delight is my friend’s apple cheesecake. All over the world I have travelled and I must say that I’ve never had a good impression on crepes, even the well advertised crepe place across much music in downtown toronto, honestly their crepes are all soggy, and possibly crepes just dont easily satisfy me, but I thought this place has really set a notch. When my desert crepe came, my my like the mount everest of indulgence, lol. including fresh strawberries with strawberry sauce, tirimisu icecream, lady finger sticks, dragon fruit even! so yes, finally, a place that makes decent worth-going-again crepes.
heads up crepe promotion ends march 28th. ^^

mood/beat: i kissed a girl – katy perry.
sewing machine, textiles, canvas, art supplies? nada! a life of a nomad is difficult. oh honey shrink my stuff! lol.
currently in my posession are: guitar, piano, laptop, clothes, clothes, clothes, shoes, bags, more bags, headphones, three cameras, magazines, more magazines, oh dear..
i guess that is how i abandoned and let these artsy hands collect dust and rust. i nearly forgot those days, the days i spent at home create projects and diy clothes for my friend, reconstructing tshirts into dresses, and after school scavange hunts through aisles of fabric in ‘shammie‘ (aka. hk akiba/fashion wholesale area) for useable material + spending my hard-saved pocket money (though i could’ve just ask me mum) on tidbits to spaz up new projects/designs. oh those days of packet noodles, bubble tea, upstair cafe lounging, oh how i miss those artsy days. those were the days where i gave up on one dream and blinded myself with another, only to now realize what really deserves my attention. despite that, i can’t give up my past, its like a part of me that has been partially hidden up until now and all them new people i have met ever since haven’t had the chance to see. really this university student way of life needs to come to an end. it is possible that these are excuses for not pursuing things i enjoy for the sake of “oh university” though i suppose it really is just my personality, i need a rich colourful environment in order to bring out my traits properly, lol. which is the things i want to do, the glitz and sparkle that had dullen over the past 4 years. if people ask me how its different living in different parts of the world and how it is like to travel all the time, i would say that more than experiences and such, yadee-doo-dum, its my personality. each different place stimulates a different characteristic and ultimately does affect the behaviour i display. not that its a bad thing, but just a fact. in asia i guess with the saturated culture and environment, constantly stimulating my senses i’m more energetic? or just simply more expressive. where in fact in the n. americas where all freedom is advertised, i some how feel repressed? with the conformity of clothing, monopolized brands, homogeneous attitude towards career and life prospects, or just simply the passive laid-back attitude of life. little difference appears to deserve scrutiny of some sort. people enjoy conformity and acceptance, rather than innovation and difference. though of course, i’m not taking a hard stance, there are people who defy this mold, and for those i’m glad of their existence.
anyways, got to start packing, sorting and selling things. if anyone needs a “university kit” and reside in the gta, feel free. lol. the residue of a university students life of independent living. furniture, appliances, kitchen ware, whatever it is i got it lol. my accumulation of ‘stuff’ is ridiculous. please just detox away and show me some crispy bills. lol.

so here are my newly purchased grey oxford pumps. with seasonal change in full effective, the desire to shop has returned. especially with the lomo diana instant back return, goodness, can i just feel money dripping away into the ever growing black goo that is our recession. what is this really? i dont feel any difference in prices! well i guess that wouldn’t work if prices dropped, things would just plummet that way. though for my sake could someone sponsor this girl and her crave for a diana lomo hong meow kit (with instant back of course). long way away till birthday, maybe children’s day? lol though i think that might have passed. if you’re asking wth is that, then yep when i was in h.s. i used that against my mum when i found out it existed. if their is a parents day (mothers/fathers day) ! then it only make sense to celebrate children’s day too no? haha well yep lets say for less than a handful of years that worked, lol.
anyways i really had a vision to take pictures like these, though that didnt exactly work out as planned.

speaking of gifts and birthdays, on my 22nd, the years just fly dont they, i swear i was just 17, not done with my teen years, maybe since i was made to grow up so fast, i just want to cling onto those lost youth years a little longer. anyways, got to book tickets and plan for finally a memorable birthday. i just really need only 4 people to be there, my parents, my sister, and my bestfriend. then if all goes well get a ticket that stops in tokyo on the way earlier and catch the a-nation concert, that would be my ultimate dream. ♥
ok, a little nearer in future, is pre-summer break, choices are: l.a. vs. london. vs. nyc. where to go? what to do? money money money, to save or not to save? that is zee question.
if essays were as easy to type as blog entries it would be such a breeze and complaints would never escape these lips nor exist in my dictionary.
finally a night to really relax.
adios.
